Lakes 2006, 2007
The lakes here include The Lough, Cork city noted for it's waterfowl sanctuary and also Inniscarra Lake on the
river Lee to the west of the city. Lough Gur is in county Limerick and we used this as a navigation point when
flying to an aerial assignment. Lough Hyne is a tidal lake in West Cork near Skibbereen and is Europe's first
marine reserve. The Gearagh near Macroom is a drowned forest and nature reserve.
