The Old Head is a links course and opened in 1997. Located south of Kinsale, the Old
Head of Kinsale has a long history from ancient to more modern times as evidenced by
numerous ruins dotted along the peninsula. In 1915 the Lusitania was sunk within sight
of the Old Head.
