Aerial photo of the Swiss Cottage, Cahir County Tipperary. The Swiss Cottage was
commissioned by Lord and Lady Cahir ( Richard and Emily Butler ) designed by English
architect John Nash. Completed in around 1812 the interior is completely restored and is
open to guided tours for an admission fee.
Located a couple of miles south of Cahir town on the banks of the river Suir.
