Turlough Hill, Wicklow Gap  

Aerial photograph of Turlogh Hill, The Wicklow Gap. This is a hydroelectric plant where
water is pumped to the summit of the mountain at times of low demand and stored in
the resevoir. When demand for electricity rises the water is released providing almost
instant power which is transfered to the national power grid.
